Tonight, I decided to forego watching the latest episode of Bones while eating my dinner, as I've discovered that the combination of that show and meals is one of questionable wisdom.

So I cooked myself up some Thai pasta, and sat down to eat and watch the Torchwood second series episode, "Meat."

[User Picture]HAHA....I think you were better off with Bones. That was a disgusting episode of Torchwood.

[User Picture]If you knew the episode was entitled "Meat" you did this all to yourself. Lol.

I, on the other hand, can eat spag or chips and salsa while watching the goriest movies on the planet. My hunger really cannot be stopped.

[User Picture]Same here. I watched Ghost Ship while eating spaghetti one time and that opening scene where the cable snaps...I almost snorted noodles and sauce all over the place. Why did I laugh at that. Man my mind is wired wrong.

[User Picture]That's such a GREAT opening segment though. Makes you think the rest of the movie would be better!

[User Picture]I really did do it to myself--I started watching the episode earlier in the day.

Honestly, most of the time, I'm okay with the gross-out. It's momentary, and makes for amusing blog posts.

[User Picture]I once watched a total knee replacement surgery on PBS while eating big plate of pasta with red sauce. It didn't bother me in the least, but show me footage of a broken bone (with a limb bending where it shouldn't) and I might puke on your shoes.
